Professional Planning Fees
As your travel advisors, we’re here to make your experience seamless from start to finish. To begin, a non-refundable planning fee is required. This allows us to research and create personalized quotes tailored to your ideal getaway. Once you’re ready, we’ll assist you with the bookings and provide dedicated support throughout your trip. Need to make adjustments to the quote? Two complimentary quote revisions are included.
The planning fee is separate from trip costs and valid for 12 months.
Cruises
Cruise Only (up to four adults): $29
Cruise including pre-/post-hotels, flights and/or transfers (up to four adults): $59
Resorts
Resort Only (up to four adults): $29
Resort including flights and/or transfers (up to four adults): $59

Piecing together a trip with miles, points, or a bit of everything? I can help streamline the process and make sure your travel plans run smoothly. Custom planning starts at $99, with final pricing based on the trip’s details.
Notes & As Needed Fees
For groups of 8 or more travelers, custom pricing will be discussed during your consultation.
Requote fee (for each quote beyond 3 at our discretion but always discussed with you in advance of billing): $29
Trip cancellation fee: $79 (This fee is in addition to supplier penalties)
